Coop & Housing
Everything for sizing, building and kitting out a coop and run.

Housing is the one part of chicken keeping that is expensive to get wrong, because you find out the coop is too small only once the birds are living in it. Start with the space a flock needs, then work outwards: how the run is fenced, what goes on the floor, how much lumber the build takes, and what it costs to power a door or a light at the end of the garden.
